Product Features

Types GFR..F2F3/F3F4 are roller type freewheels, self-contained, sealed and bearing supported, using two 160 series bearings. They use the GFR base module.

  • Units must be oil lubricated before use if delivered disassembled
  • Primarily used as backstops
  • F3 cover acts as torque arm with integrated stop bolt (requires 13% radial clearance)
  • F2 and F4 covers close the unit with oil filling/drain/level screws
  • F4 cover requires shaft end plate sealing to prevent oil leakage
  • Covers allow on-site rotation direction selection
  • Available pre-assembled and lubricated for F2F3 combination
